WhatsApp Messenger and WhatsApp Business are proprietary cross-platform Instant Messaging services for smartphones that are owned and provided by WhatsApp Inc. The Company does not create or own any WhatsApp account. Users use their own WhatsApp account to connect with Auto WhatsApp. When using Auto WhatsApp, users are still able to use their WhatsApp account using the official client WhatsApp messenger and can disconnect their WhatsApp account from Auto WhatsApp at any time without reason or penalty. Users can always close their account and service will stop immediately.
- Sending massive messages
The Company encourages users not to send unsolicited (spam) messages. That being said, users can technically do it, however, the company is not responsible for abusive usage that violates WhatsApp terms and might eventually ban user's WhatsApp account(s). The Company's system is designed to help business people by sending news or reminders to their clients easily, not sending junk messages to them. But there is an inherent risk that the company cannot control when users report them as a spammer. If you send too many unsolicited messages to random users, your account might be banned after a while, since users can manually report your account to WhatsApp as a spammer. Eventually, if this is reported across users, this may cause your account getting banned. The company strongly encourages users to send legitimate messages that users are reasonably expecting to receive. Otherwise, please consider the risk of getting banned and losing your WhatsApp account(s).
- Refund Policy
Auto Whatsapp is a software code based on the Whatsapp application. As such, we will not be responsible for providing refunds in the event of unwanted changes to the software. Refunds will only be provided in the case of billing errors, duplicated charges, or if the application does not work within 30 days of purchase.
